1. Workington Rental Agreement

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.

2. Workington Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from Workington, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age limits vary by vehicle class; extra charges may apply for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle class, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid identification together with proof of address and payment method at vehicle collection, and supply any further documents requested by Workington.

3. Booking and Payment — Workington

  • Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Workington office. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return for Workington

  • Inspect the vehicle carefully when collecting it from Workington and report any pre-existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed. You must not use the rented vehicle from Workington for:

Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes for which the vehicle is not intended...

Violating these restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and charges from Workington.

8. Workington Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Workington will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law (Workington)

These Terms for Workington are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
